Refund Policy

Our Simple and Honest Refund Policy

Our policy is really simple, as we're confident in our premium products and our super service.

If for some reason you're not happy with the products received, we will refund your purchase price 100%! Yes, that's right—everything! No hidden fine print, no hidden agenda, just a 100% refund.

If you would like a refund, we ask for a few simple considerations:

  • If you were home/onsite during delivery and you're unhappy with the product, you must inform the driver at the time of delivery. Due to the high cost of delivery, we'd like to save a trip and remove the bag while we're onsite.
  • If you marked the "X" and were not home for delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Contact MGB
  • If any of the product has been used or the bag is not in the same condition as delivered, there is no refund applicable (you cannot use any portion of the product or damage the bag).

Cancelled Orders

  • If you've placed an order online and then cancel prior to delivery for any reason, we'll gladly refund your purchase minus 5% (Visa/Mastercard processing fees) and a 10% restocking fee.
  • If you want the bags picked up within 2 days after the refund, there is a charge of $100 for pickup. However, there are no pick-up charges for customers willing to wait for things to align with our schedule.

We're pretty confident our products and service will impress you, and there won't be a need for the refund policy. But, it's there to give you peace of mind, should you need it. To date, we've never had to use our refund policy.
