I never got a response to my email below:
“ I received my order today but wanted to share my experience was not a good one. I requested that the driver call when they were on their way but did not receive a call and the bags were delivered early and before I could get home.
I also requested by phone that the bags be placed inside my property line on the pavement as the City did not want the bags sitting on the boulevard or on top of the large tree roots. There was also damage to the grass boulevard including cutting into the tree roots with large dig marks in the soil. In the past, neighbors have complained to the City about damage to the trees and I anticipate this may happen again. Finally one of the bags with gravel had a hole. Please see attached photos.
I was hoping to order some bags of soil from MyGardenBag later this summer but now reconsidering due to my latest experience. I have ordered numerous times from the company over the past few years and never had any issues.
I hope the company will review its existing processes and customer service and do better in the future.”
