Top Soils
The base of all good gardens is good soil. Choosing the right top soil for you project will drastically change how your plants grow. We have 3 engineered mixes for different purposes.

Organic Veggie Mix
Order nowOur veggie mix is the basis of all good vegetable gardens. Containing rich organic matter with plenty of beneficial microbes. Ensuring strong root development, vigorous plant growth, and higher yields. This mix is an ideal choice for any vegetable projects.

Botanical Blend

Turf Blend
Order nowOur turf blend provides a stable base for new sod or seed installations, and can also be used for topdressing of existing lawns and turf surfaces. Our turf blend is a ready-to-use amended soil. Making it perfect for lawns and turf projects.
Compost and Drainage
All three of our top soil blends contain a specific amount of compost and washed river sand. Providing optimal plant nutrition and the soil drainage needed for our Vancouver rainy weather.

Fertilizers
Our fertilizers provide a natural alternative to chemical fertilizers. Expertly formulated mixes provide your lawn with the nutrients it needs to flourish. As they are packed full of nutrients and organics, these soils should not be used as direct planting soils. They are meant to aid and boost existing garden and lawn projects.

Soil Amender
Order nowOur soil amender is a highly rich compost that can be used on it's own as a mulch topping to add a desirable top dressed appearance to planting beds. It can also be used to boost the organic quality of poorer, nutrient depleted, native soils.

Mushroom Manure
Order nowOur mushroom manure is a rich, organic soil amendment made from residual composted material produced during mushroom cultivation. This by-product is made by composting the mushroom's growing medium. After the mushroom harvest it is well-aged and fully decomposed. Giving the manure the dark and nutrient rich material.

Lawn Top Dress
Order nowOur lawn top dress is expertly formulated to rejuvenate tired lawns and promote lush, and even growth. Making it perfect for leveling uneven areas, reducing thatch buildup, and increasing the resilience of your lawn. Making it stronger against foot traffic and seasonal stress.
Mulches
Mulch provides a protective layer for your garden beds, shrubs, and trees. Helping retain moisture, prevent weed growth, regulate temperatures, and soil conditions.

Composted (3/8" Minus)
Order nowOur composted bark mulch has been screened to 3/8" minus. Providing a dark brown and uniform appearance. Our composted mulch not only provides your garden with a rich and beautiful appearance but also enhances soil conditions. You can use this mulch as a top-dressing for flower beds, and garden beds.

Red Brown (1" minus)
Read MoreOur red brown mulch is made from 100% Douglas Fir. Giving a dark red color to your garden. Filtered through 1" minus, this mulch is easy to spread and not chunky.
Playground Woodchips
Natural playground surfacing, specially designed to cushion impact and reduce the risk of injury. Recommended to be applied to a depth of about 12 inches (30cm). Our wood chips are also designed to not splinter. Giving your playground a natural look and organic feel to it. Making it the perfect choice for any school,
Aggregates
Aggregates are hard granular materials. Generally mixed into other materials, drainage material, or used as a base in construction and landscaping.

Clear Crush 1/2"
Order NowThe 1/2" Clear crush is a good choice for garden walkways. Providing good drainage while giving a clean appearance. Also a good choice for driveways. Use as a base or top layer for an attractive driveway solution. It's smaller size makes it a good choice as a leveling material

Clear Crush 3/4"
Order NowThe 3/4" Clear crush is mainly used for filling Allan Blocks, as they are good drainage material. Clear Crush is given the name "clear" due to the absence of a binding agent (no sharp sand). It gets screened, to remove the finer particles giving it a more "clear" look. Making this a good choice for projects that require good drainage

River Rocks 2"-6"
Order NowRiver rocks are mainly used for landscaping projects. They make for good groundcover and look very natural when you mix the two sizes. The 1"-3" are also mainly used for drainage.

River Rocks 1"-3"
Order NowA good choice for water drainage around your garden. Providing a natural look while preventing flooding and soil erosion. Making it perfect for beautiful pathways and garden decoration.

Torpedo Rock
Order NowTorpedo is a decorative rock that serves many uses, measures to around 14-20mm in size. Torpedo looks great as an informal walkway or as a garden accent.

Birds Eye
Order NowAlso known as pea gravel, bird's eye measures around 5mm. Birds eye make for great decorative rocks. A good choice for informal pathways. Pea gravel does not compact and stays loose. So we recommend to also have edging material when using Birdseye as a walkway.

Navvy Jack
Order NowNavvy jack is the go to solution for mixing concrete efficiently and cost-effectively. Made to be paired with cement as it is more cheaper than the pre-mixed products.
Compacting Material
Compacting material are aggregates that can be packed down tightly, using a compacter or a hand tamper. Producing a firm and stable base for driveway, patio, pathway projects.

Road Base
Order NowCheaper alternative to crusher dust. Most commonly used as under pavers, before construction sand is used. Can also be used on artificial grass installations.

Crusher Dust
Order NowMost commonly used compacting material. Can be used under pavers without the need for sand, or as pathways like you would see in some parks.

Limestone
Order NowOur best compacting material. Has a bluish gray color, and compacts as hard as concrete. A great choice for driveways, walkways, or paths.
Sands
Sands have a high versatility, from being used as play sand to leveling pavers. Sands also make for great drainage material.

River Sand
Order NowRiver sand can improve drainage and prevent dirt compaction. Making it good for top dressing on existing grass lawns, or golf courses.

Construction Sand
Order Nowalso known as Sechelt sand, or coarse sand. Construction sand is mostly used on concrete paver projects. Construction sand is free draining, making it good for pipe bedding to road construction.

Washed Sand
Order NowWashed sand has been rinsed with water and screened at the quarry to provide a cleaner product. This generally leads to more consistent and clean soil. Leading to better draining soil. Making it good for cement projects, mortar/stucco, and pipe bedding.
