I was pleased with the ease of ordering and the product. I was annoyed to discover that the 1 cubic yard of soil had been left in the wrong location (on the lawn), despite clear instructions on the order and on the confirmation email, and a chalk cross on the driveway. I phoned to point out the error a few hours after delivery and asked for the heavy bag to be moved. The receptionist said that the delivery truck would be in the same area on the following day and "might" be able to move the bag. That's the last I have heard from Gardenbag. No explanation for the error. No apology.
