Very good quality soil but the bags are getting smaller. The first time we bought the soil, the bag was larger. Last year, we notice the 1 yard bag seemed smaller. We took out a measuring tape and the width and length was 3 inches short of 36 inches (didn't measure the height). This year, the label on the bag indicated the bag size is 33" x 33" x 35". A cubic yard should be 36 x 36 x 36, therefore, we received only 82% of what we paid for of the advertised 1 cubic yard.
Product (soil) is great and works well. They are challenging to reach either by phone or email with any questions or to have a conversation. Of the 4, one yard bags we ordered 1 bag of their botanical mix was 1 wheelbarrow load short/less than the other 3 bags we received.
Product was as expected and will do an excellent job top dressing my lawn. A man walking past saw the bag and asked me about the product. I showed him the soil mixed with sand and explained how it worked. He wrote down your phone number from my bag and was going to place an order for himself.
